Direct answer

Michael Myers is the sole Killer in Halloween: The Game. In multiplayer, one player controls Michael against four Civilians. His job is to stalk and kill Haddonfield residents, with Special Targets offering larger rewards. Michael cannot be killed during a match, but coordinated Civilians can bring police support and have him arrested. He is also the playable lead of the six-chapter single-player story, which reimagines events around the 1978 film.

Core identity and match role

The official design centers Michael on patience, information, and sudden repositioning rather than constant sprinting. Every Michael loadout includes Killer Sense and Shape Jump. Killer Sense supports target finding, while Shape Jump turns Michael into a fast-moving shadow so he can relocate and create the off-screen appearances associated with the film. Players then select three additional abilities.

Michael gains strength by stalking residents and creating fear. The official multiplayer overview describes a score-driven hunt: ordinary residents matter, Special Targets are worth more, and Civilians can disrupt the hunt by rescuing residents, contacting authorities, and working toward an arrest. This makes objectives and populated routes more useful pressure points than a single long chase.

Progression and customization

Killer progression unlocks new abilities, skins, weapon choices, weapon tints, and executions. Officially named optional abilities include Reality Tear, Blackout, and Detection Pulse. Exact values, cooldowns, unlock levels, and the strongest loadout can change with patches and should be checked in the current build before publication.

The launch roster and story use the Michael Myers design from the original film. Cosmetic variants do not establish a different Killer with separate rules unless an official update says so; skin-specific details belong on /michael-myers/skins/.
