Direct answer
Halloween: The Game has 50 achievement conditions on Xbox, worth 1,000 Gamerscore. The PS5 list contains the same core conditions plus the platinum trophy, for 51 trophies total. The list spans story completion, multiplayer roles, cumulative actions, character progression, collectibles, and specific Michael Myers or Civilian interactions.
Main achievement groups
| Group | Examples of required play |
|---|---|
| Story | Complete the numbered chapters and campaign milestones |
| Michael Myers | Kill residents, stalk victims, use darkness, weapons, executions, and hiding-spot grabs |
| Civilians | Rescue residents or teammates, escape, hide residents, repair or use objectives, and resist Michael |
| Dr. Loomis / support | Return after death and help stop or detain Michael |
| Progression | Reach level or Prestige milestones and customize the profile |
| Cumulative multiplayer | Finish matches and repeat tracked actions across games |
| Collectibles | Find story items such as Loomis Logs |
Achievements and in-game challenges are related but distinct. Challenges grant progression rewards and may ask for chapter-specific behavior; platform achievements use the published trophy or achievement conditions. Do not assume completing every challenge automatically completes every platform achievement.
Launch tracking status
IllFonic's Day One Patch 1.0.1 fixed additional challenge and achievement tracking issues, including an achievement for completing Chapter 5. Release-week players also reported stalled cumulative counters. Finish the match or chapter, allow the game to save, and check platform progress before repeating a long grind.
